I had an interesting meeting yesterday with Lee Danks their Practice Manager, who is also a veterinary surgeon,  for a chain of three veterinary clinics in West London. Three months ago they opened and offer the routine regular treatments for pets. Lee explained to me their aim to promote preventative healthcare and responsible pet ownership to West London households, very similar to our own objectives.

I am always interested in speaking to vets as they combine that passion for care for pets with their professional expertise.

Due to their focus on the routine first aid, worm and flea treatment, vaccinations and routine check-ups, they are able to offer competitive pricing. The routine nature of their treatment allows short reliable consultation times, so you will not have to wait long. Their resident vet will also give advice about your pets health. Their other two clinics, located in Fulham and Hammersmith provide the full range of veterinary services. Lee, like a number of West London vets is from Australia also covers as a vet at the other two clinics.

Being located in Brook Green at 144 Shepherds Bush Road, Vetchecks Hammersmith Veterinary Clinic has the advantage of two parking bays and nearby superstore parking. The other two veterinary clinics in Simon Meyers’ Paws Inc Veterinary practice are:

Fulham:
94 Dawes Road
Fulham
London
SW6 7EJ
Telephone 020 73813939

And in Hammersmith
122 Glenthorne Road
Hammersmith
London
W6 0LP

Telephone: 020 8748 9487

They are certainly a very consumer friendly veterinary practice with early opening and late closing days and a fairly full Saturday. I quite like their innovative opening on the first Sunday of every month. They also have regular cat specific clinics, which are a great idea for reducing the stress of cats who can freak out when dogs are around. Having a stress free animal for the examinations and treatments is such a good idea.

They have a large reception room that allows the separation of cats and dogs, with a full range of pet supplies.

Vetcheck have been kind enough to offer 1st4  a voucher for 20%  off vaccinations until the year end.

So why not give them a visit. For other London Veterinary Clinics.
